After discussing your build, we will begin by disassembling the entire engine and thoroughly cleaning all components with an ultrasonic cleaner. Next, we will lighten your OEM parts and clean them once more before installation. 

The engine cases, covers, and cylinder undergo a thorough cleaning process, including degreasing, bead blasting, and a final cleaning & coating.
 
Our Dynamic Stock Bore Engine Overhaul includes dismantling, thorough cleaning and degreasing of the transmission, as well as micro polishing to ensure seamless and reliable gear engagement.

At the time of engine assembly, we guarantee top-notch performance and reliability by using only the finest components, including a DHM Piston, CJR camshaft, Avail oil drive gear, Decha manual cam chain Tensioner, HD D.I.D cam chain, and OEM gaskets. All held together with quality TI hardware.
